The Yangtze River is massive, 3rd longest in the world and longest in China. This package starts at the 3 Gorges Dam in the west and ends at the Ehuang Bridge just to the east of Wuhan. It complements the Yangtze River East Bridges which continues to the East China Sea at Shanghai. See the attached photo of the area covered.

The 3 Gorges Dam is the biggest dam in the world and the weight of water it holds is so large it has slightly tilted the earth’s axis. Many of the bridges are record breakers in size for both suspension bridges and cable stayed bridges.

The Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge is the longest double deck road suspension bridge in the world with the main span 1.7 km long. This is huge!

The Libu road rail bridge is another record breaker and has been modeled though it is still in construction. The double deck road and high speed rail suspension bridge is the longest in the world with a span of 1.12 km.

The package covers the Yangtze river through Hubei Province which in 2022 had 5 Yangtze river bridges in construction simultaneously, each one with a main span around 1 km.

All the bridges are accurately modeled in the correct architectural style, with appropriate night lighting and traffic flows on the bridges.

Photogrammetry should be ON to ensure bridges integrate correctly with the sim.

The package is compatible with both MSFS2020 and MSFS2024, and demonstration photos have been taken in both 2020 and 2024.
