Welcome to Tonga

Tonga's Fua'amotu International Airport (IATA: TBU, ICAO: NFTF) is Tonga's main international airport located on the island Tongatapu, 20 km from the capital Nuku'alofa. The airport can handle aircraft up to a Boeing 777-300(ER) but not Boeing 747's. In the real world, Fua'amotu is served regularly by Air New Zealand, Fiji Airways and Qantas.

  • This is an early access version, meaning modelling and texturing are not 100% complete yet.
  • Hand-modelled international and domestic terminal buildings resembling the real world.
  • Level of Detail (LOD) optimisation for every model so that the best possible performance can be offered to you.
  • Realistic taxi lines and taxi signs.
  • Includes the grass runway 17-35.
  • Added vegetation for realism.

Known issues (because this is an early access version!)

  • Some buildings deserve more detail, especially at the domestic terminal.
  • Palm trees need to be reviewed.
  • VOR and NDB disappear during some flights (probably a bug in MSFS2024).
