Ground textures are broken - showing up as black/white checkerboard in MSFS. Airport is unusable in this condition. Forum posts on avsim indicate this is a known problem for others for 1 year+ without improvement. No customer service from Skyline Simulations after multiple inquiries. Absolutely do not recommend.

I’ll start off with saying thank you to the developer for the time put into this scenery. It is definitely a step up from the default LGB in the sim. Whilst I do feel like this scenery improved a number of items, I also feel the mark was missed on a few specific items. Another review mentioned the lack of static aircraft, and I have to agree. The scenery does have GA statics on the north side of the airport, but I think some static C-17s outside the old GlobeMaster production facility, or static airliners at the gates would have made the scenery really pop. There is a lack of ground equipment near the gates, which honestly would help make the scenery feel more alive. My biggest gripe, however, is the lack of inclusion of the Lakewood Blvd tunnel under RWY 30. This is not modeled, so random cars are driving across the runway and taxiways. As I said before, this scenery is a step up from the default (in my humble opinion), but falls short of other popular name brand developers around the same price point which is why I gave 3 stars. At the end of the day, this was only $12 bucks USD or so, so I’m not complaining. I appreciate having this scenery as an option at all, but would gladly pay extra for a little bit more work put into it. Thanks!

Missing many, many parking locations by the FBOs (especially at Signature, a very busy FBO). I regret this purchase, as this airport is not up to the level of other payware airports. Super disappointing.

I give this airport 3 stars. It does not compare with Orbx or other top name developers. The addition of static aircraft (GA, Executive, C17 Military) and static airport equipment would greatly improve this scenery. The airport appears pretty much vacant as it is right now. Hopefully the developer will at least add some static planes and equipment. They should take a look at neighboring scenery for KVNY Van Nuys by Orbx if they want an example of how statics can bring the airport to life.

Very happy with Skyline’s rendition of KLGB. I’m currently enjoying this airport in SU5 and am not having any issues with it. The quality of the ground is impressive, and as an owner of the XPlane 11 version of KLGB, it looks like some of the buildings have been increased in quality as well. I hope to see some more updates in the future, but am happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend this scenery to somebody looking for a quality version of KLGB.

Very impressed with this airport until SU5. Nicely done for sure (4-star on initial release). Well worth the purchase. Hoping it will be updated soon so that I can use it again. Will gladly update my review once it is back up and running.

There are some great things about this airport and some disappointments. The terminal area and core airport buildings are pretty good, but very disappointed that some of the buildings on the outer edges of the airport are now flat pictures. Understood that there might not be an interest to spend development time on these, but at least leave the auto gen buildings. Flat is terrible and hoping this can be fixed with an update. Not holding my breath though based on experience with KLGB in P3D. I'd give this 3.5 stars if that was possible.... 3 is too low and 4 is too high.
