Unfortunately, in my case, it causes serious FPS drop. I checked different airports and different add-ons (I bought all FSBirds in marketplace). On the other hand, it looks very good and natural. You should buy one add-on and test it first.

FS BIRDS is an an amazing addition to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Very good addon, it brings life and realism to your flights at low altitude. Seeing flocks of birds or their shadows while taxi or take off is great! The area covered is very large and the birds are nicely done. No fps drop. Definitely worth it, you can't go wrong.

Don't you know that... BIRD is the word?!? It is now a hazard to take into account when you takeoff in MSFS. Even before takeoff I looked up and there they were, 4 or 5 large birds soaring around a thermal just west of the airport. Wheels up and a flock of pigeons just passed us on the right side of the plane. Flying along at around 1000ft I then saw three large birds passing left and a bit later two more passed me on the right side. If you wanna see them you have to be eyes out the window. Cruising at around 140kt does not give you much time to spot and identify birds, just like in real life most of the times you just go... "OH CRAP THAt WAS CLOSE" and that's exactly what this addon give us now. The rush of adrenaline is real when you know things could have gonne bad if that bird hit your plane. I like it. Cheers!

I really love it! birds on grounds at airport or around aiport during approache or taxi; it is very immersive, I do recommand it ! it is a small details but make a big difference in the sim! I hope they will continue to developp for other countries in europe, like Switzerland, germany, belgium, italy also hope carribean islands will be covered and Africa as well! See you soon all birds!

Very much recommended! FS Birds adds birds (as the name implies), resulting in even better immersion in the sim. Of course you see more birds if you fly low and slow, but even in an airliner it is quite something to suddenly see flocks of doves hovering over the runway or other birds zipping by during approach. I will certainly purchase all European bird add-ons as they are published - Europe is my playground in the sim, and I love to see it populated with life - especially it’s airborne variants! I did not encounter any adverse side effects with this add-on, in particular no noticeable impact on frame rates.

Do yourself a favor. Get FS Birds and fly along the Spanish coast on a sunny day, surrounded by the seagulls. Small price, no fps impact, fantastic addition. The FS Birds series is a winner.
