Fly over the real electricity grid. This scenery brings the actual high-voltage network to

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, country by country: every line on its real route, every pylon

standing on the ground, every wire hanging from its insulator.

Built for the simulator's own terrain, the lines hold up close, from the cockpit of a light

aircraft or a helicopter: on flat farmland, across wide rivers, up steep slopes, over volcanic

ridges and through the Alpine passes.

FEATURES

- The real power grid: high-voltage lines on their real routes, with the pylons where they really stand - Wires that meet the insulators, span after span, with natural sag on long and steep spans - Pylons standing on the ground - not floating in the air, not sunk into the hillside

- Several pylon designs, matched to the kind of line - Substations with gantries, equipment and lighting for night flying - Electrified railways with masts and overhead wiring, also across station tracks - Clear corridors: no trees growing through the wires, no houses inside a pylon

- The simulator's own generic pylons are replaced, not doubled - Each country ends cleanly at its border, ready to join its neighbours - Built for performance and compiled natively for MSFS 2024

SWITZERLAND IN NUMBERS

- about 133,000 pylons and poles

- about 11,500 power lines

- 568 substations

- about 7,500 km of electrified railway with overhead wiring
