An active volcano, Mount Rainier is the most glaciated peak in the contiguous U.S.A., spawning five major rivers. Subalpine wildflower meadows ring the icy volcano while ancient forest cloaks Mount Rainier’s lower slopes. This complex ecosystem has been depicted in a digital format for the Xplane flight simulator. The big mountain itself has been manually and carefully formed to depict the reality as close as possible. Autogen; high resolution mesh; and an extensive photorealistic textured coverage to add deep immersion to this area of the world. It is all about flying over mountains and nature !
