    You’ll start by getting checked out in the CRJ and a refresher on how to shoot an ILS approach – just in case it’s been a while since flight school.

    You and your co-pilot will then be thrown into challenge after challenge as you increase your skills and advance toward flying the mighty 747!

    Take the controls and assume the responsibility of Pilot-In-Command.  Your co-pilot will read checklists, handle radios, and call out minimums, but the ultimate responsibility for the safety of all aboard your ship rests with you.

    In this mission pack you get to fly final ILS approaches at six different airports, starting out some 15-20 nm from the threshold. Obviously you could set up the corresponding flights for yourself, but here you get them set up for you. At the beginning of each mission, you are on autopilot, but at a certain point (different for the six missions), the autopilot is forced off and you have to finish the landing by flying manually. In my opinion this point is often too far out, compared to reality, but at least it means that you have to show your skills at keeping on the glide slope... At a low price of EUR 6.24, this is reasonably good value for money.
