Manhattan 2032. This is a scenario edited for XP12 and XP11 featuring 22 skyscrapers and 3 soccer fields, one of which will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup final in New Jersey, half an hour from Manhattan. All the skyscrapers are projects, some already approved. Thomas Krumins' team has undertaken extensive research to determine which of these skyscrapers will actually be built.
However, as with WTC 2, which underwent several design changes under its architect Norman Foster, the project's approval depends on two key decisions: the Port Authority or the City Council, and the building's developer, who often influences the architect's design to improve apartment sales in residential skyscrapers. Therefore, while the skyscrapers presented here would likely be built, it's possible they could ultimately be modified or rejected altogether. Thomas Krumisn's design includes 22 major skyscrapers and three soccer stadiums, one of which is MetLife Stadium, where the final and some matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup will be played. The list of 22 skyscrapers is as follows:
1- 350 Park Avenue in Midtown East. 490m 1600 feet. 62 floors. Designed by Foster and Vornado.

The scenery is designed for XP12, although it could also be used for XPlane 11, but not its counterpart scenery from Manhattan 2025 because some buildings can be missing.
In some of the last screenshots I added together both sceneries Manhattan 2032 and 2025 to have a general look of how both are compatible.
This scenery is ideal for use with the first Manhattan 2025 scenery, also edited by Thomas Krumins, which features 205 buildings, mostly skyscrapers. The Manhattan 2025 scenery can also be found on payware platforms. Manhattan 2032 is also compatible with other Manhattan payware or freeware scenery; simply place the file in the Custom Scenery folder and store it there.
The Manhattan 2032 and 2025 scenery are compatible and are among the best New York City scenery available for X-Plane 12.
