Silvio Pettirossi International Airport (IATA: ASU, ICAO: SGAS) is an international airport in Luque, Paraguay, which serves Paraguay's capital city, Asunción.
The airport is named after Paraguayan aviator Silvio Pettirossi.

It is the main international hub for LATAM Paraguay and Paranair. Some of its facilities are shared with the Ñu-Guazú Air Force Base of the Paraguayan Air Force.

The original passenger terminal, located near threshold 02, is now instead used by Grupo Aerotáctico (GAT) of the Paraguayan Air Force. The current terminal began service on 20 March 1980.

The terminal building is split into two international concourses: the south concourse having gates 1 to 4, and the north concourse having gates 5 and 6. On May 26, 2023, renovation works of the north concourse were completed, greatly expanding the arrivals hall.

The airport receives regular flights from: Aerolíneas Argentinas, Air Europa, Avianca, Boliviana de Aviación, Copa Airlines, Gol, JetSmart Argentina, Latam and Paranair.

The airport, located within the municipality of Luque, is located 10 km (6 mi) from downtown Asunción.

Thank you, it really means a lot to me as someone being Paraguay often. Latin America, and especially Paraguay is one of the forgotten regions in FlightSim. I would be super happy if you could make this MSFS2024 compatible soon. I did not evaluate details but have to say it reflects the real feeling of the airport quite well.

Thank you for making this great addon for SGAS! I have a few things to comment about the scenery though: -The PAPI lights for RWY 20 are on the wrong side of the RWY -The ALS lights are missing for RWY 20 (Type CALVERT 1, 900m Length) Everything else is amazing, but I would appreciate those details to be updated! Amazing job, keep up the great work!

Nicely done as per TropicalSim standards. It'd be great if there were more markings at the parking positions.
