This airport has one of the world's smallest runway where aircraft such as the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 series land and takeoff from. If you though you had a challenge landing at our Congonhas airport, you better be prepared as this one will make you sweat.

This is a very nice airport package love it and the city tower blocks are amazing aswell and airport terminal is fantastic aswell so well done to the tropical sim team on another fantastic package 10/10 so definitely 5star's ;) :)

It doesn't work perfectly in P3D v4.2 since the textures keep changing (similar to z-fighting) as you approach them. Also RWY 02R has only two PAPI lights instead of four like in real life.

I am using this scenery in P3D V3.4. It is nicely done. I had the previous version of SBRJ (2014) and it was a great addon to South America the Rio collection of airports. SBRJ 2018 is a step up with respect to night textures and terminal textures in particular. Combine this scenery with PAULO RICARDO's Mega RIO DE JANEIRO AND NATAL CITY PACK 5 and the experience is immersive and second to none. TropicalSim's SBRJ blends seamlessly into Paulo's Rio scenery. If you're looking for one of the most challenging approaches on a flight of less than 1 hour flight, SBRJ's 20L or 02R from SBSP will both challenge and please.
