BWI Derives its name from the first African American Judge Thurgood Marshall. BWI is a major hub for Southwest Airlines and focus City for Spirit, Southern Airways, Contour Airlines. Baltimore also has many international destinations to Europe, Canada, and central America via Southwest, British Airways, Condor, Icelandair, WOW, and AMC.
