Geben wir es unumwunden zu. Das Produkt ist der letzte Husten. Ich habe sehr viele Payware-Addons, vielleicht bin ich ein wenig Accusim-verwöhnt aber dank diesem...naja..."Produkt" muss ich mir einen neuen Joystick kaufen, weil mein Alter draufgegangen ist. Die Karre fliegt nicht gerade aus...trimmt man sie auf einem Kurs so, dass sie grade fliegt...alles gut und schön, ändert man aber den Kurs, fliegt sie wieder Strecken, die nicht mal Gott nachvollziehen kann. Bitte kauft euch ja nicht diesen Müll, ich bereue jeden Cent, den ich bezahlt habe. Detailtiefe = 0. Aussehen = 0. Wenn man bedenkt, dass es ein großes Flugzeug ist, darf man halt den 1,0 Zoom nicht so einstellen, dass der Blickpunkt an der Außenhaut klebt, ja Virtavia ist das denn nur so schwer zu kapieren? 0,3 fach Zoom um das ganze Flugzeug in der Außenansicht zu sehen...bitte? Das ist Fischauge-Perspektive. Das Cockpit sieht aus wie aus einem Bugs Bunny Comic. Ich find es eine Frechheit auch von Simmarket, so einen Müll für so einen hohen Preis hier anzubieten. Sorry aber zu diesem Produkt fällt mir als langjährigem Flugsim-Fan und -Kenner absolut nichts Positives zu diesem Produkt ein. Es ist einfach nur ein hinausgerotztes aus Profitgier überteuertes Nullqualitätsprodukt. Eine Schande dafür, dass es eine Ikone der Luftfahrt repräsentieren soll. Die Boeing B-29 Superfortress sollte wirklich von Entwicklern gemacht werden, die etwas von ihrem Handwerk verstehen und nicht von Virtavia. Eine Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie!

Schönes Aussenmodel, guter Sound (ausser dem Fahrwerkssound und der Fahrwerkswarnung, die sind aus dem FSX und passen nicht zum Flugzeug), gute Repaints. Das VC hat optisch fast A2A-Qualität und macht mit Track IR richtig Spaß. Die Systemtiefe geht gegen null: keine Veränderung beim Auslösen der Bomben, nur einige Schalter im Cockpit haben Funktionen und sind nutzbar, kaum ein System wird simuliert (Druckkabine, Sauerstoff, etc). Die Triebwerksleistung und Aerodynamik erscheint mir etwas zu "sportlich" für einen Bomber, muss ich aber erst noch prüfen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Flieger, wenn man keine Schräubchenkunde betreiben will oder A2A-Niveau erwartet. Reicht für eine Feierabendrunde! Auch die Enola Gay...

Man kann dazu stehen wie man will, aber war es notwendig, die "Enola Gay", den Bomber der benutzt wurde, um die erste Atom-Bombe im Kriegseinsatz abzuwerfen in dieses Paket mit aufgenommen wurde? Für mich ist sie das Symbol des Beginns der atomaren Rüstung, die in den kalten Krieg und die bis heute fortdauernde Möglichkeit der Selbstvernichtung der Menschheit führte. Muss man das auch noch würdigen, indem man gerade diese Maschine für den FSX darstellt? Eine persönliche Meinung... Luftfahrtgeschichte sollte dargestellt werden im FSX, aber hier bin ich im Zweifel darüber, ob dies eine gute Idee war.
