Welcome to a new float base pack! FS2020 was released without any operable seaplane bases. Our scenery expansions address that shortcoming.

This scenery expansion adds some important detail and also makes it possible to use flight planners in MSFS, whether LittleNavMap or the default FS map. Now your flights have a new destination and departure, enhanced by terraforming, lighting, new docks and support buildings.

This pack includes Nanaimo, Tofino, Ganges Harbor, Friday Harbor and Port Alberni

Vancouver Island is a jewel lying off the BC coastline. Its rugged beauty has inspired artists and adventurers for years, with some great backpacking and skiing, beautiful rivers and inlets for boaters and fishermen. There are also large active mining and logging operations that require the use of aircraft on floats.

Nanaimo is a city on the east coast of the island with a population of 90000, roughly 110 km northwest of Victoria. Its a major hub for air traffic going north on the island or west to Tofino or Ucluelet.

Tofino Waterdrome anchors the west coast experience. The western coast of the island is a destination for backpackers, kayakers and general lovers of long empty beaches. The logging economy also depends on Tofino as an access point.

Port Alberni is a deep port city lying at the head of Alberni Inlet. Forestry is the chief employment. Port Alberni, central in the island, is an air hub for traffic north and west in particular. Fishing charters from this port city are famous.

Ganges Harbor on Saltspring Island lies just off the eastern shore of Vancouver Island, and is an important destination for explorers and backpackers. The harbor is one of the busiest on the south coast of British Columbia.
