The Morrosquillo Gulf Airport is located in the municipality of Santiago de Tolú, one of the first regions of Colombia founded since July 25, 1535 by Mr. Alonso de Heredia, this city is located the Morrosquillo Gulf Airport, It is limited to the south of the urban area by the old road towards Coveñas.
Its infrastructure is made up of a runway called 35/17 with a length of 1,350 meters and a width of 16 meters, which communicates directly with the platform through a taxiway 60 meters long by 16 meters wide, in turn, the platform that measures 90x60, leads to the passenger terminal and administrative offices.
Today it receives flights from Medellin (Enrique Olaya Herrera Airport, SKMD) from SATENA and EASY FLY airlines, both operating the ATR 42. Tolu is a connection point with the San Bernardo Archipelago and its islands; likewise with the neighboring municipality of Coveñas.
In this edition, as a tribute to our Royal Colombian Navy, we wanted to give away as a bonus track the Coveñas airport that serves the training battalion of the Royal Colombian Navy
