Some say the hardest thing for an artist to draw is the human hand, because it is the part of our body that we are all most familiar with. Simulating the Beechcraft Bonanza V-tail is like drawing that human hand. Additionally, there are many Bonanza variants through history with owners that know their airplane in some ways better than they know themselves.

Yet we all interpret life around us differently, including how an airplane feels to each pilot. It is up to us, at A2A, to not just create an airplane that objectively performs in line with the actual airplane, but to capture that human feel and interaction with the real airplane. We have to somehow magically capture that experience that applies to all pilots. And Accu-Sim technology allows us to achieve this better than anything we’ve used before.

Beyond modeling a specific airplane, the Bonanza history is surrounded with tales and stories developed over many decades, some are true and some not. Probably the most common nick name the Bonanza V-tail is known for is being the “doctor killer.” When the Bonanza was first introduced, it was unlike anything anyone has ever seen in the general aviation market. And for the decade following it’s release, successful businessmen and professionals were buying the Bonanza in great numbers. Many of these pilots had primary careers that demanded a great deal of their time, not leaving much room for flying. And like many “weekend warriors” today who spend the whole week sitting behind a desk then go out and play a sport on the weekend, injuries erupt. The same holds true for the busy professional working all week who then decides to occasionally fly a high performance airplane like the Beechcraft Bonanza V-tail.

The V-tail Bonanza was built from World War II fighter technology, which was designed for highly trained professional pilots. And like most Warbirds, the Bonanza want so fly fast, all the time. Unlike general aviation aircraft that were developed in later years to have benign flight characteristics, the Bonanza inherently has all of the challenging qualities of the World War II fighter. From my point of view, flying a Bonanza is just like flying a Warbird. It rumbles, shakes, rattles, is heavy and can bite the low time pilot in a heart beat. Therefore it’s this writer’s opinion that the new pilot should approach flying a V-tail Bonanza exactly the same as approaching an aircraft like a P-51 Mustang. The V-tail Bonanza, like the Warbird, is designed for experienced pilots who take the time to study and fly and operate such an aircraft with organization, patients, and preparedness.

For those pilots who do approach the V-tail Bonanza with the respect it deserves, it will reward the pilot with an experience unlike any other aircraft in the general aviation fleet today. It is for this reason the V-tail Bonanza still stands alone today, as it did on the first day it was introduced to the public.

We hope our work on this aircraft meets and exceeds all of our customers expectations, and also hope this aircraft delivers not weeks or months, but years of excitement, wonder, surprise, and the most complete simulated aviation experience to date. Nichts besonderes, ein weiteres Aerosoft Produkt, welches kurzer Hand auf P3Dv4 angepasst wurde. Auch hier geht mein Rechner fast in die Knie. Deweiteren sucht man vergeblich nach schöner Rasenfläche neben den Runways. Allge-
mein finde fast alle Aerosoft Produkte, die den Namen Professional tragen sehr FPS feindlich.
AEROSOFT - MEGA AIRPORT FRANKFURT V2 PROFESSIONAL P3D4

Dieses Addon spricht mich überhaupt nicht an. Es gibt natürlich sehr viele Highlights, die bereits vom Vorredner beschrieben wurden. Was mich sehr ärgert, dass mein Rechner das ganze nicht verarbeiten kann, er ruckelt überall, sodass der Blick nach außen einfach keinen Spaß macht, weiterhin fehlt überall der Rasen, stattdessen sieht man nur grün bemalte Flächen. Beim genauen Hinsehen fällt schon der Übergang von ORBX zu Aerosoft auf, und zwar bei der Landung auf RWY25R kurz vor dem Aufsetzen.

Sehr gute Arbeit, die Gebäude sind schön Dargestellt. Bitte an Drzewieki Design, macht schönen Rasen überall neben den Taxiways und Runways, das gehört einfach zum heutigen Standard. Ansonsten kann ich diesen Flughafen uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
VIDAN DESIGN - BILLUND X FSX P3D

Dieser Flughafen verdient mehr als fünf Sterne. Hier stimmt einfach alles bis ins kleinste Detail. Wunderschön zu sehen sind Abnutzungsspure-
n auf der Landebahn, die Streifen auf den Betonplatten, sogar Schmutzflecken auf den Stromverteiler und vieles mehr. Die Umgebung passt perfekt in die ORBX Szenerie. Was will man mehr? Sehr professionelle Arbeit und ganz großen Lob an Vidan Design.
JUSTSIM - UUWW MOSCOW VNUKOVO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT P3DV4

Sehr hübsch der Airport. Das dynamische Licht und SODE funktionieren ganz gut. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Umgebung. Was soll das sein? Gemalte Szenerie mit paar Häusern, und ganz schlechter Grafik. Ein Produkt aus dem Jahr 2018 sollte wesentlich mehr bieten, was die Szenerie rund um den Flughafen angent.
BDOAVIATION - PHUKET INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR FSX & P3D

Sadly the first P3D v4 airport for Thailand isnt the best work. Its not a very bad airport but it leaves much to be desired. While the terminal is not bad, the rest really lacks when compared to other new airports in this price-range. If one looks at lets say EGGP from Digitaldesign for example. The autogen around the airport is bad and doesnt fit Thailand, or Phuket. Its also sparse in some areas. The resolution of the photoground also isnt the highest and its not color corrected too. And that means that it doesnt fit well into the orbx landscape. T-
he ground is low/medium resolution it seems and there are many better ones on the newer airport by this time. Volumetric grass looks medium too, other airports do a better job there. Night-
lighting looks okish but also more in the lower range when compared to other airports. Besi-
des dyn lighting it doesnt use any v4 features nor other nice things. The objects are sparse and have also lower res textures. No-
rmally one could give 2 stars, i gave it 3 stars because Thailand was my home country for near a decade and i know this airport very well and love to fly here with the 747. Im happy we got Phuket for v4, thats the bonus star. PS: the airport was sunken in ground without an external patch that overwrites P3D/ORBX files. That too left a bitter taste. It can be fixed now though.
FLYTAMPA - AMSTERDAM FSX P3D3/4

Einer der besten Flughäfen in meiner Sammlung, was mich aber stört, dass FlyTampa diese Szenerie immer noch nicht als kompletten Download für ihre Kunden anbietet. Somit ist jeder P3Dv4 Nutzer gezwungen zusätzlich einen Patch runterzuladen und zu installieren, was ich persönlich sehr umständlich finde. Weiteren Abzug gibt es für Leistungseinbrü-
che. Es ruckelt einfach an jeder Ecke und Kante, der PC wird dabei einfach regelrecht gekillt. Wer dieses Addon in Verbindung mit ORBX TrueEarth Netherland nutzen möchte braucht sehr starken Rechner mit einer Grafikkarte von mindestens 8GB Speicher.

Auch diese Szenerie ist längst für das große Update fällig. Zwar läuft es mit P3Dv4.5, man merkt jedoch, dass dieses Addon alt geworden ist. Ich hätte sonst 4 Sterne vergeben, wäre die Szenerie in der Innenstadt nicht so FPS feindlich. Trotzdem muß ich die Entwickler für die geleistete Arbeit loben, hier wurde sehr viel Zeit investiert, dafür DANKE!

Dieses Produkt ist nun mal 5 Jahre alt und muß dringend nachgearbeitet werden. Die Darstellung an sich ist nicht schlecht, aber mehr auch nicht. Also die Herren von Drzewiecki Design, macht bitte das große Update für diese Szenerie.

Im Großen und Ganzen gute Arbeit, allerdings ist die Szenerie etwas zu dunkel und somit der Übergang zu ORBX bzw. "Standard Landschaft" sehr auffällig.
