It's a decent looking scenery, and they include a small file replacement fix to make it v5 compatible. My only complaint is that SODE jetways don't work properly with GSX. I have to manually go into the SODE menu to connect the jetways. I hope the dev fixes this; I can't imagine it's too hard.
I think the other review is unfair to this scenery. An upgrade price for owners of the previous version is appreciated. I cannot agree with low texture claims the modeling is nice and the textures are well done. Surrounding trees and buildings on the edge of the airport blend in fine with Orbx Global in p3d5 and performance is great compared to other large sized airports. my vram usage in p3d5 is low compared to those scenery also. This is nice to have a new version for p3d4 and 5 and I hope the developer continues to make scenery for this region which is needed.
Poor rendition of Kuala Lumpur International Airport. While it does represent the airport it does so in a very basic manner without much attention to detail resulting in a not-so immersive experience.
- Poor texturing. Low resolution and bad blending with other terrain textures
- Modeling of buildings are very basic and lack a lot of detail
- Trees places around the airport look very unrealistic
