I bought it as I fly P2008JC in the real world, and I'm happy about my purchase as it will allow me some training during wintertime.
I still need to check the fligh modelling.
However, I'm spoiled by flying super high quality MSFS planes like A2A Comanche, and this P2008 is not in the same league. Especialy the cockpit modelling (while true to the real plane when it comes to dimensions, levers, switches) is like FSX model - vector graphics based gauges with not real world texturing, rudimentary "generated" textures, definitely not photographed in the the real plane, very simple 3D geometry of switches, no attepmts of reflecting any wear and tear.
I am a Tecnam P2008 JC pilot in real life. The proposed modeling is very accurate, both in terms of the appearance of the aircraft and its behavior. The pre-displays are correct, the climb and descent rates at different power settings are consistent. And just like in real life, this aircraft is very enjoyable to fly in Flight Simulator.
Great little light sport aircraft. Though I'm not a real P2008 pilot I find the flight model is very close to what I remember from other light aircraft
Thanks for this add-on! I've been flyin' p208 on daily basis and i've been waiting for this for years! I really love cockpit details, realistic behavior on the ground etc. I need to work on my controls settings, as this plane should be quite responsible. The trim & rpm/speed relation is quite unusual, but I will try to double check it and maybe tune it up. Great job!
good airplane the only thing that in my opinion is not perfect is the pfd, the color are quite strange and olso not complete with all the info that the real one offer but overall it fly quite good and the performance are "similar" to the real one, good job
