The German Airports-Team has reworked and updated the airport Cologne/Bonn from the German Airports 2 series for the Microsoft Flight Simulator X and 2004. The airport is up to date in terms of layout and comes in the absolute highest quality.

All buildings, runway layout, taxiways, lighting and NAV aids are true to the original. Built on high resolution aerial images the airports and their surroundings show an absolute realistic image of the real world. Another highlight is the use of the Dynamic Airport Enhancement Services. The services ensure dynamic traffic on the apron and surrounding roads and motorways creating a lively atmosphere.

Notwithstanding the many details, the scenery will run with excellent frame rates on modern hardware.

Excellent et ne souffre pas trop d'un ralentisement d'image. On s'y croirais presque. Conseil ... désactiver les avions statiques qui sont gourmand au proft d'un logiciel AI tiers.

Im very sorry to say that compared to the wonderful Hannover scenary from Aerosoft, this is very disappointing. What you see in the screen shots are true to form but the rest of the airport and surrounding are poorly textured with loads of shortcuts - more suitable for early FS than for now. I have give this 3 out of 5 simply because it is not that expensive but sadly not on par with pervious releases. Regards GJ
