The German Airports-Team has reworked and updated the airport Dortmund from the German Airports 2 series for the Microsoft Flight Simulator X and 2004. The airport is up to date in terms of layout and comes in the absolute highest quality.

All buildings, runway layout, taxiways, lighting and NAV aids are true to the original. Built on high resolution aerial images the airports and their surroundings show an absolute realistic image of the real world. Another highlight is the use of the Dynamic Airport Enhancement Services. The services ensure dynamic traffic on the apron and surrounding roads and motorways creating a lively atmosphere.

Notwithstanding the many details, the scenery will run with excellent frame rates on modern hardware.

Dortmund X - Ein sehr gutes Produkt mit nur wenigen Mankos! Zunächst fallen die vielen Details ins Auge, die dieses Addon mit sich bringt. Zum einen das gut dargestellte Hauptterminal mit den am Boden befindlichen Fingern, zum anderen der erhöhte GA-Bereich und die Szenerie rund um das nahe Holzwickeder Gewerbegebiet Natorp - alles hervorragend umgesetzt. Einziges Manko sind die leicht unrealistisch wirkenden Bodentexturen und die unscharfe Lackierung der stationierten EasyJet-Maschinen. Da der allgemeine Eindruck jedoch nicht sonderlich getrübt wird, ist dieses Addon klar zu empfehlen!

Up to Aerosofts usual high standard, I really rate their products and really don't have a problem recommending this one.
