Bulgaria's biggest international airport simply known as the Sofia Airport located in,you guessed it,the capital Sofia.The airport turned 85 years old on september 2022 and as stated on its official website "It has become a symbol of the capital, preserving the aviation traditions from the dawning of Bulgarian aviation, through periods of development, difficulties and changes, to the successes and many occasions for pride."

So no better time to check the airport out than right now.The Afl0Sim LBSF airport works with Microsoft Flight Simulator X and Steam Edition and also Lockheed Martin Prepar3d v5 and lower versions.

Notable features: It has animated Ctrl-j jetways,working Visual Docking Guidance System,Dynamic lighting for P3D v5 and v4,hand painted ground textures.

Nov 2022 update/fixes:

-fix that stops certain ground polygon squares from disappearing when still in view(affected p3d only)
-certain changes to the grass
-making tree and grass texture less transparent for p3d
-fix for some floating objects
-adding some flying birds

Great addon for P3D v.4.5. Lovely LBSF detailing. I highly recommend using with the City3D Sofia photoreal scenery package by AC Scenery.

This is great scenery. Every detail is there and I can assure you it looks so good and everything is rightly placed. I have visited Sofia Airport many times and I can tell you that I don't see a difference in the sim. It's so fascinating that I think I'm there. But all the good things aside there are some cons like: Grass textures: OK Sode JetWays: None. Yes, there are none, but I hope they will come in a further update.

Fantastic Scenery! The ground textures are breathtaking, so nicely designed! Love the taxiway ground colors too! The terminal textures are high quality! The night lighting on the airport is phenomenal, not too dark and not too bright! The GSX jetways looks amazing especially after replacing them for the glass ones! The performence i got on this scenery is just amazing considering the details on the airport. Stable 140+ Fps during day and night at max settings on P3Dv5! Its a must have scenery to level up you simulator. Hats of to the developer for making sure that the scenery is a muxture or quality and performence! Worth every penny!

Nice Airport, some Texture ground issues on the Taxiways from Runway to the Apron and -at this moment- no SODE Jetways... hope for an upcoming update =)

WOW this is a fantastic airport pack lots of detail great night textures aswell and even the radars on the main tower and on the airfeld work and spin aswell very well done to the Aflosim team on a great airport pack this is a defo must have 5stars from me but its defo a 10/10 for detail and I love everything in it very happy thank you Aflosim for a great Sofia intl airport. :);)
