Having the FlySimWare Conquest as well and many hours flying it I can tell you this. This Conquest is bar far better looking but fails to model the Garrett engines realistically as the FSW version does that very well. What you get here is a way better looking but far simpler plane. Not much modeled here except the flight characteristic or behaviors in the air. Which are good. Basically they are two totally different versions of the same aircraft. It’s undeniably prettier here. It’s also fun to fly, but you can run full throttle all the way without causing any problems. It’s up to you to fly as designed of course. It’s really beauty vs realism. This is the pageant winner for sure. It just leave some to be desired where accuracy is concerned.

The tricky twin. Where to begin? Positives first: 1. The geared turbine engines are correctly modelled which is a great plus. 2. Beautiful exterior and interior texturing and modelling. 3. Flight model feels accurate enough to convey the spirit of flying a Conquest. 4. Really good framerates. 5. Good performance for a twin turbo prop(fast cruising speeds). Negatives: 1. Feels like it has too much power for ground maneuvering, so quite difficult to taxi smoothly. 2. No documentation of the geared turbine engine operation so if you are not familiar with their operation you will likely have some issues. They operate different to the PT-6's in your king air. 3. Overtorque or overheating of the turbines is not modelled. Overall: I give 4 stars because of the positives listed and because of the subjective characteristic of fun factor. Many Good Trips ****

Dieses Flugzeug ist sehr gut und das Flugverhalten ist super! Die PFD bekommt man zum laufen indem man Gyro invert auf 1 oder 2 stellt - der Schalter befindet sich links unten von der Pilotenansicht.

Ich finde,daß dieses Flugzeug eigentlich gut ist. Was mich ärgert ist, daß der künstliche Horizont nicht geht und wenn man Herausforderungen mag - z.B. Innsbruck bei 0,5 km Sichtweite - dann ist dieses Flugzeug suboptimal für Sie.
