Ngurah Rai International Airport (Indonesian: Bandar Udara Internasional Ngurah Rai) (IATA: DPS, ICAO: WADD), also known as Denpasar International Airport, is the main airport in Bali, located 13 km south of Denpasar. Ngurah Rai is the 3rd busiest airport in Indonesia after Soekarno–Hatta International Airport and Juanda International Airport.

The airport is named after I Gusti Ngurah Rai, a Balinese hero who died on 20 November 1946 in a puputan (fight to the death war) against the Dutch at Marga in Tabanan where the Dutch defeated his company with air support, killing Rai and 95 others during the Indonesian Revolution in 1946.[2]

In 2014, Ngurah Rai International Airport became the world's 7th best and best in Indonesia in Airport Service Quality by Airport Council International among 79 airports with passengers capacity between 5-15 million a year, and rose again to the number 3 position in the first quarter of 2015.

This is a very nice airport created by BDOaviation. It is very FPS friendly, even on my low-end system. I definitely recommend this.

I bought Bali Airport and was nice airport with some nice graphics for Bali Island, but when I moved from FSX to P3D it doesn't work anymore, I hope the developers upgrade it to works with P3D

Really this is an extremely beautiful airport with a superb realism and though it is very detailed airport ; yet it doesn't compromise the FPS. I enjoyed the flight from and to Ngurah Rai; furthermore the AES support of this airport has added a SUPER REALISM, I didn't regret at all that I bought this airport; always BDOaviation has an outstanding quality of Scenery ; as also I had Juanda airport [WARR] that was lately supported by AES; thanks to the developers for these 2 airports; and Thanks also to Oliver Pbast [AES developer] who included these 2 amazing airports in the list

Eine sehr gut gemachte Scenery, die den typisch balinesischen Stil des Airports von Denpasar zeigt. Den etwas leblosen Aprons hätte man sicher mehr Leben auch in Form von z.B. Ramp Staff geben können. Auch wäre eine komplett fotoreale Scenery für die Insel der Götter schön gewesen. Trotzdem alles in Allem sicher 4 Sterne wert.

The airport itself is absolutely magnificent but the photoscenery of the vicinity is far too insipid thus having a negative impact on overall quality of this scenery.

I would give the airport itself five stars, but the photoscenery around the airport is not sharp enough a little bleak and without any autogen so it doesn't blend very well with the default scenery. I hope they will replace the photoscenery with HD quality and add some autogen, especially near the airport and in the industrial harbour in front of runway 27 in an update. I also have Luanda from BDOaviation and there the photoscenery is sharp and blends very well with the default scenery. So 3 stars untill further notice, but they deserve better.
