    this scenery is very very good.with no fps loss it as animations like emergency ambulances travelling along anlaby road.the textures on the building are very clear. and crisp. the helipad is just fantastic with nice green lights.as it is in real life. everything is as it is in real life. as i live 3 miles away from this hospital.and regular see the coastguard helicopter flying low over the house on route to HRI. its worth every penny. just simply stunning. go and buy it you wont regret it.
