Singapore Changi Airport, commonly known as Changi Airport (IATA: SIN, ICAO: WSSS), is a major civilian airport that serves Singapore, and is one of the largest transportation hubs in Asia. It is currently rated the World’s Best Airport by Skytrax for the seventh consecutive year since 2013.[9][10] It is also the first Airport in the world to do so for seven consecutive years and is one of the world’s busiest airports by international passenger and cargo traffic. The airport is located in Changi, at the eastern end of Singapore, approximately 20 km (12 mi) [11] from Marina Bay (Singapore’s Downtown Core), on a 13-square-kilometre (5.0 sq mi) site. The airport is operated by Changi Airport Group and it is the home base of Singapore Airlines, Singapore Airlines Cargo, SilkAir, Scoot, Jetstar Asia Airways and BOC Aviation.

This scenery is state of the art with made love from Asia Pacific! With months of work, we are proud to announce it is now released! Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. The scenery is full of custom objects and autogen based on real world geographic data. All structures are placed on exact location and as much as possible with same shape. With our custom developed program that maps data from OSM to your simulator, giving you the ambiance and immersive experience of being in Singapore. Fully implemented ground routes (Means 3rd party traffic are fully supported like Traffic Global, WT3, Live Traffic, etc. We highly recommend to use Traffic Global though for most accurate AI traffic and low FPS impact)

FPS Friendly & Optimized (Depends on your machine and settings)

CAUTION: This scenery is extremely large and very dense so you might want to adjust some settings. This is because we mapped almost every single (80%) of structures found in Singapore to your simulator at exact place & shape to give you best immersive feeling of being on the land of Singapore via the X-Plane’s facade system (if not objects) with custom texture to match Singapore’s ambiance and aethetics.

8GB RAM minimum. Best is 16GB RAM or more

GPU: GTX 1050~ with atleast 6GB VRAM or higher (lower GPU haven’t tested but said works just fine)

X-Plane 11 Version 11.50b4~ (Vulkan Rendering – Just keep in mind that GroundTraffic plugin is not yet working with Vulkan so you will not enjoy our custom vehicles traffic and sky train)

Reflective runways, tarmac grounds makes this immersive experience a let down to be honest. On he preview pictures, there were static scoot and Singapore airlines livery plane models on ground which is of course accurate and realistic, however when you download it, its not like this. Its just the default liveries of other airliners that some don't even land in WSSS. I've managed to contact support about the shiny tarmac floors and they acknowledged it was a bug and they would try to fix it but since then, there has been nothing. It has been like this for a while now and its quite frustrating. Just a heads up, its not easy to get a response from them, so if you face any difficulties, good luck. Overall the sceneries are alright... I'm running graphic setting on the highest but the graphics of the building in XP12 is just like XP11. I would recommend it if you are using XP11 but not XP12.

The details are decent on X-plane 12 except you wont be seeing any Scoot plane models in the airport as shown in the preview pictures, the runways are shiny and reflective which I wrote in to let the developers know, they said it was a ongoing bug and they were going to fix it but since then there was nothing, no updates or follow up. I would recommend it if you were buying it for x-plane 11, but not for XP12. It really looks off with the reflecting runways, tarmac and near airport buildings. Also support takes very long for a reply so if anything happens it is quite hard to reach them.

Works well with X-Plane 12. Just leave out the ACS_Singapore_3_Orthos file. Now one of my best XP12 airports. Best of all...Just look at the price! Fantastic.

Changi has always been a favourite of mine for flight simming. Cloudsurf Asia has done an excellent job at reproducing this breath-taking airport.

A great rendition of the airport. A slight performance hit but was to be expected with the airport and city included. Texture work is very nice, the windows of the dome could be improved as it doesn't look like a dome of glass, but I imagine that if the textures or reflections were improved it would further impact FPS.

A decent and extensive scenery for the price and given the lack of decent Xplane Asian scenery add ons most welcome. The colors are a little brash, but its a full and decent package with good frame rates.

THIS IS THE MOST WONDERFULL AIRPORT I EVER BOUGHT BEFORE AND THE CITY TOO. GREATEST ONE, DETAILS FULLY, I DO NOT USE VULKAN AND YOU MAY CONSIDER IT BUT IT MAY WORK WITH YOU. ANYWAY I REALLY ENJOY TO HAVE AN SO GREAT QUALITY AIRPORT AT THIS PART OF THE WORLD.
