Liverpool John Lennon Airport (IATA: LPL, ICAO: EGGP) is an international airport serving North West England.
In 2001 the airport was renamed after Liverpudlian musician John Lennon of The Beatles. Passenger numbers have increased almost ten-fold since the mid-1990′s, with the Airport moving from 20th to the 12th busiest airport in the UK. The airport handled just over 5 million passengers 2019.
Fantastic rendition of EGGP with nice attention to detail. Even includes some familiar landmarks around the airport. No trees on the runway here! No issues at all. I was very pleased to see someone create my home airport and this is the best version to date. Easily worth 5 stars.
I loved this scenery and delighted when the developer created it for MSFS - however at the moment there are trees all over the runway and taxiways. Its been reported to developer so hoping for a fix soon. Don't let this put you off though, I'll upgrade it to 5 star when bug is fixed!
