Narsarsuaq Airport (Greenlandic: Mittarfik Narsarsuaq) (IATA: UAK, ICAO: BGBW) is an airport located in Narsarsuaq, a settlement in the Kujalleq municipality in southern Greenland. Along with Kangerlussuaq Airport, it is one of two airp orts in Greenland capable of serving large airliners. It is also the only internatio nal airport in southern Greenland. The settlement it serves is small, with the air port primarily functioning as a transfer point for passengers heading for the h elicopter hubs of Air Greenland in Qaqortoq and Nanortalik. The airport is to be closed in 2025 when Qaqortoq Airport is scheduled to open.

This product does not include Narsarsuaq city, but our product is compatible with Narsarsuaq X ( It is a freeware made by FS Greenland, which include whole the Narsarsuaq city ). You can find relevant instructions about how to make it compatible with our product on the download page.

Beautiful scenery! Greenland has been almost forgotten in P3D for a long time. In 2015, the FSDG released Nuuk, it was a amazing scenery. Although Nuuk is the largest city and the capital of Greenland, but nuuk airport only has a 900 meter long runway. In fact, there are only two real civil international airports in Greenland which can operate aircraft like 737/320 or bigger airplane. Narsarsuaq airport is one of them, the other is Kanggerlussuaq airport. FSGAA did a really good job on Narsarsuaq just like FSDG. I hope they can make Kanggerlussuaq and Ilulissat!

I can write a lot of good things of it, such as detailed airport, friendly fps, high resolution mesh and great photoscenery of the local area, but it still some flaws. First, the style of some airport vehicles is wrong, especially fire engines. Second, it seems that there are several suspended taxi signs in P3D5. In addition, i think it should be season textures, it is important in this area.
