Good looking scenery and good support from the developer. Recommended.

This was the last piece to completing my collection of scenery by this developer. Just like all the other sceneries they make this is excellent. The buildings are well detailed and properly positioned (so far as I can tell by eyeball check vs google earth) and even the area where the land slopes downward and away from the airport towards the beach, there is a building that was designed to match the grade. Usually developers just place the building awkwardly hanging in mid air part way down the slope. Not here! Things match the way they should. Good audio with ambient noises. This gives me good reason to fly to Corsica from LeCastellet. Good frame rates, some slight stutter at first right after loading but that clears up pretty quick. T had a few issues while installing. The setup was 50% English and 50% France. I just clicked arround. It didn't work. Next try: manual installation- it worked! It took me a few minutes and was very annoying but it's acceptable. Now to the scenery itself: The ground textures are ok, not the best, but I am not sure if it is a limitation of p3d. The modeling of the buildings is pretty ok. Not the best, but not bad either. Same with the textures. Sadly no interior tho. GSX does not work- could be because of the airport not having any jetways. Performance is really good- I mean it's a small airport on a small french island in the middle of nowhere. One thing that is a bit strange is that you can actually see an airplane- probably a DA62 or so- in short final. My summary is a bit complicated. I don't think it is worth 20.67$. Such a small airport must be perfect for this price- it is good but not perfect. I picked it up for 10$ and I'm really happy with it. If you like Calvi- get it!

Calvi était déjà très bien réalisé, mais avec cette mise à jour le réalisme est encore plus poussé. Ce développeur est un orfèvre des scènes qu'il propose, Il y met tout l'amour de la passion. Et en plus, le support technique est "top"!

Bon c'est simple : les scènes de cet éditeur sont les plus belles que j'ai vues ! J'ai pas tout vu, je sais .. Que de détails ! On entend les cigales,... on attend un peu avant de mettre en route pour continuer de les entendre. Et SURTOUT avec ma petite configuration (proc 2.4 Ghz, et CG de 3 Go) ça tourne super bien. Je suis ravi !!! N'oubliez pas de désactiver votre antivirus, ça de craint rien .. J'ai aussi Gap-Tallard : de toute beauté aussi. Rien à ajouter de plus.

Very nice airport located in the north-west side of the Corsica Island, which is a place very beautiful to fly. Very good in FPS too. The annoying part is those virus messages coming from Windows 10 default antivirus and Kaspersky, warning that the main executable is infected. Otherwise very good and easy to install.

Hello , If you are interested flying in Corsica I heavily reccomentd to get this wonderfull addon. Besides being fps friendly Its ver realistic looking when compared to the actual LFKC in real life. I hope FSX3D keep expanding, I woud love to se FIgari airport!
