The aerodrome of Gap - Tallard (IATA code: GAT • ICAO code: LFNA) is an aerodrome open to public air traffic (CAP) 1, located in the municipality of Tallard 12 km south-southwest
of Gap in the Hautes-Alpes (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, France).

It is used for the practice of leisure activities and tourism (light aviation, glider, helicopter, skydiving and ballooning).

History:

It was in the 1930s that aeronautical activities began. The alpine flying club has a grass track3.

During the Second World War the track is rendered unusable. The Italian army, in order to prevent its use by the Allies, neutralizes it by means of trenches3.

The late 1940s marked the beginning of gliding activity3. The glider is currently one of the main activities of this aerodrome.

In the 1970s, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hautes-Alpes took over the management of the aerodrome. A solid track and taxiways are built, as well as premises near the track. A regular airline Gap-Paris was born in 1972. It will operate until 19773.

In 1998 and 1999, the aerodrome hosted Mondial de l'Air, a light aviation and leisure fair4.

The land where the aerodrome is located, consists of an alluvial plain5, at the confluence of the Durance and Rousine. The western part is along the 85 national road. 1 kilometer further south is the La Saulce motorway junction, the northern end of the A51.

The aerodrome has four runways oriented south-north (02/20):

    a bitumen track 965 meters long and 30 wide;
    a grass track 700 meters long and 80 wide, reserved for gliders and paratroopers for their landings. They are located on both sides of the paved mini-track. ;
    a mini asphalt track 443 meters long and 10 meters wide, reserved for microlights and gliders.

The aerodrome is not controlled but has a flight information service (AFIS) and an automatic broadcast service (ATIS). The calls are made on 129.325 MHz for ATIS and 119.100 MHz for AFIS.

Taxiways link the main runway with the various infrastructures of the aerodrome and with the aeropole6, area of ??economic activity mainly oriented towards aeronautics.

There is also a refueling station (UL 91, 100LL and Jet A1) and a restaurant.

To the west of the runways is a landing area for skydiving. In addition, all the airspace of this western part of the aerodrome is reserved for this sporting activity7.

The main activity of the aerodrome is based on the practice of air sports. In 2004, nearly 80,000 movements were recorded2, more than 100,000 since 2010. These movements correspond to commercial (public transport) and non-commercial movements (flying clubs, private individuals, training flights). 8. It is the only and main European multi-sports air center9. The aerology of the surrounding valleys and the local climate (more than 300 days of sunshine a year) make the platform a popular sports venue.

Je possédais déjà la sublime version pour P3D du même auteur, et je voulais absolument posséder la version pour MSFS 2020, encore meilleure, améliorée avec les textures PBR. Cette scène est un incontournable pour les amateurs de VFR, pour effectuer de petits vols vers le petit aéroport de Barcelonnette modélisé avec le même souci de perfection par FSX3D. En vacances, j’ai fait un détour pour voir en vrai cet aéroport et j’avais l’impression d’y être déjà venu tellement cette scène est immersive. Bravo pour cet excellent travail.

Une fois de plus on dépasse les sommets avec cette mise à jour de Gap Tallard. L'hélico et son pilote animé, en face de la Tour, par exemple... Les installations sont magnifiques et collent parfaitement à la réalité. En plus, rien ne ralenti les fps. C'est un travail de professionnel. On n'est jamais déçu par les réalisations de FSX3D.Une fois de plus on dépasse les sommets avec cette mise à jour de Gap Tallard. L'hélico et son pilote animé, en face de la Tour, par exemple... Les installations sont magnifiques et collent parfaitement à la réalité. En plus, rien ne ralenti les fps. C'est un travail de professionnel. On n'est jamais déçu par les réalisations de FSX3D.

J'ai adoré cet aérodrome tellement il est réaliste. Je suis très pointilleux sur les détails. Et là, je ne trouve rien à critiquer parce que la qualité est au rendez-vous.

Correct et fidèle dans l'ensemble cette scène n'est quand même pas a la hauteur de MSFS surtout a ce prix, quasiment aucun intérieur de bâtiment ou hangar modélisé et beaucoup de photos a la place, dommage il ne manque pas grand chose mais ça ressemble a un portage de l'ancien FS sans réelle amélioration

L'ensemble est correct et fidèle mais a ce prix on attend + qu'un simple portage FSX, les intérieurs des bâtiments et hangars ne sont pour la plupart pas modélisés et le développeur utilise beaucoup les imprimés pour faire allusion mais ça n'est pas a la hauteur du potentiel MSFS
