The airport is operated by the city of Boise Department of Aviation and is overseen by an Airport Commission.

This scenery is not good. Yeah it has a custom terminal building, but it is with textures that looks like it is out of FS9. Airport background seems odd, and overall there isn't much immersion at all. Also there is a giant broken jetway at one of the hard stand gates horizon uses. The SkyWest hangar doesn't even say SkyWest. I am not a fan.

Airport is good but the parking spots do not show up in the sim.

Disclaimer - I'm giving this scenery 5 stars not because it is of stellar quality but because this airport seems to be overlooked by every commercial scenery developer in all sims and the default renditions are awful. This scenery may not feature the latest features like transparent terminal windows and ultra-high detail building textures, but is is wonderfully detailed and includes a great GA parking area and the military parking apron on the south side of the airfield with nice static aircraft.
