Seit über 10 Jahren beglücken die Simulationen der Trainz Reihe Eisenbahnfans in aller Welt.
Weit über 1 Million Spiele wurde in dieser Zeit verkauft. Basierend auf diesem fantastischen Produkt haben N3V Games und Halycon ein weiteres Produkt aus Trainz Reihe geschaffen: Junior Trainz, das diesesmal auch die jüngere Zielgruppe ins Auge nimmt.

Junior Trainz erlaubt es dem Spieler, eine große Auswahl an Eisenbahnen quer durch seine Wohnung als Umgebung zu fahren.
Es gibt vorgefertigte Räume aber genauso gut kann nach Herzenslust eine eigene Strecke mit vielen verfügbaren Objekten gebaut werden.
Ein einfach zu beherrschendes Verfahren zum Schienenverlegen erlaubt es dem Spieler schnell beeindruckende Resultate zu erzielen.
Vier Räume warten darauf, mit Strecken bebaut zu werden: Kinderzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Garage und Küche.

Junior Trainz staret mit der Auswahl der Räume in einer bunten und gerade für jüngere Eisenbahnfans besonders geeigneten Spieloberfläche. Sobald eine Route ausgewählt wurde, kann der Spieler entscheiden, ob er einfach nur fahren möchte oder die Strecke nach Belieben verändern und erweitern möchte. Das bedeutet, dass die Strecken immer wieder anders sind und daher ein einzigartiges Spielerlebnis bieten.
