Standby at your base. Coffee’s still warm. Then the red phone rings.

HEMS Dispatch turns every flight into a real air rescue mission. Pick your home base, anywhere in the world, and go on duty. Calls come in at random: road accidents, cardiac arrests, mountain falls, interfacility transfers, organ transports. Every mission is built around your base, at real places taken from OpenStreetMap.

The clock starts with the alarm. Spin up, lift off, fly to the scene. Dispatch sends patient updates in flight, sometimes bad news when the patient deteriorates. Land on scene, report ON SCENE, and dispatch assigns the receiving hospital. Hand over, report AVAILABLE, fly home. Then the phone may ring again.

What you get

A tablet in the MSFS toolbar, styled like a real HEMS operations app
1,000 medical scenarios, so you will rarely fly the same one twice
435 regions in 154 countries, free downloads

A live map with scene, landing zone, hospital and your helicopter
A fuel plan for 7 helicopter types (H145, H135, H125, AW169, AW109, Bell 407, Bell 429), detected from the sim
Flight plans sent to the aircraft or to Little Navmap
Alarm-to-airborne timing, day and night targets
A mission report recorded automatically, completed by you back at base
Mission length of your choice, from 20 to 60 minutes
Starts with MSFS, runs quietly in the background
