737NG CFM Immersion Soundpack HD is developed in a unique way that should provide the most realistic and immersive sound experience. All sounds are carefully processed and mixed to mimic the exact frequencies of the CFM56-7B engine as heard on the real 737NG flightdeck. Also, we received an extensive feedback from real 737NG airline pilots regarding important sound details. Every build of the soundpack is reviewed by the pilots and approved in the final stages of the development.

I love your sounds ! Thank you !!! If I had one wish for an update couldn't you get a Cabin immersion where you hear the heavy sound of the CFM from behind the wings, better hydraulic flap sounds and the "roar sound" when starting to taxi and the CFMs start spooling up ? I am not a pilot therefore the 737 Immersion to me is the cabin sound rather than the cockpit sound. Many freeware packages offer a cabin sound alternative but of course not as nice as yours. Maybe to think about it. Again thank you for your dedicated work to the community at very reasonable prices. Cheers from Hamburg !

A very nice underestimated add-on for anyone in the 737. Truly does “immerse” you in the 737 cockpit, and for the price it is a no-brainer

Nothing was good enough to beat default NGX sounds until now. Version 1.2 is an amazing sound pack. :)

Dear colleagues, it is without any doubt one of the best CFM56 sound to PMDG 737 NGX, but until now, definitely, it is not the gold standard for B737. For me, right now, all the sound packages developed to P3DV4 should be compared to FSLabs A320. It is very hard to beat it. I will explain my point of view reporting the following pro and against facts: PRO 1) the spool up sound is the best ever simulated to PMDG 737NGX 2) the wind sound is very well sampled at cruise level 3) the sound samples are well normalized, so you won´t explode your sound system AGAINST 1) the sound in general at cruise level is not closest to the real thing. In 737 at cruise level there is more low frequency sound and we almost never hear the high pitch sound of engines! The real sound at the cruise level is almost a mix of low frequency rumble of the engines and wind sound. In this package we are hearing the high frequency of engines....That is definetely not real 2) It is very strange that seems to me that on this sound mix.....the low frequencies are not well represented. I miss a lot the absence of low frequencies. CONCLUSION It is the best sound for PMDG 737NGX, but I was expecting something more, mainly because it is a payware product. It might be due I have the FSLabs A320, which is the closest to the perfection in terms of sound to P3D. But I´m waiting for corrections on the sound mix to solve my questions. Highly recommended. Compared software sounds to sounds of 737's online(YouTube, Boeing.com etc)videos and the similarity is amazing. Recent service pack includes APU sounds etc. Product is worth the minimal investment.

Im a owner of both the cockpit and cfm audio packs and all I got to say is WOW - not just because of the immersive audio itself but the fact that this developer is a truly enthusiast who really takes the time to make perfection and to listen to his users. Im one of those picky customer who use a high end audio system for my flight simming aswell as for music and movies and I instantly had some feedback and contacted the developer and right after I written to him I got an answer and he got to work, improving his work of art - just to satisfy me as a customer. That is world class suport and heart that I think other developers should aim for! I cant wait for this devs next piece of art - he makes it even funnier to flight sim!! Thank you!

Love it! What an improvement over the stock PMDG engines and environment! Great job on this one. IF I had to be critical, I would have to say that, for the novice simmer, the install directions did not seem easy to understand, even incorrect. But as many simmers have made changes like this to their aircraft to improve sounds, etc., it wasn't difficult to figure out how and where to place the files and backup the old one. All-in-all, this one little addition has made a HUGE difference to my simming enjoyment! Thanks again & keep up the great work!!!

Many thanks for this product. I would also rate it at three as the power of the CFM engines are not properly heard from the cockpit. Being a passenger 99% of the time I do appreciate more of the base sound, the cracking sound of the cabin, the hydraulic sounds of the flaps and also more louder wind when up at cruise level ... I do believe from a cockpit this might be all simulated perfectly right but still after waiting 20 years for a decent 737 sound set (since FS98) this is still not it :) Still thank you and keep rocking !!! You belong to the best.

Immersive audio always produce quality add-ons. I am very happy with the product considering this is only the first version and knowing and update is on the way. I have to agree with the previous reviewer a bit that the engines should be screaming on 95% thrust and the bass is barely noticeable. I also understand on different audio systems and settings this will sounds differently as well. In my case is 5.1 with a huge sub and if I remember correctly I have it set to 80Hz which is something to consider as well. Comparing this product to TSS sounds for the NGX (which I used until now) I think is a very good start but there's work to be done. Giving 5 stars for the initial release and waiting for an update which fixes the issues.
