Another very good update to KSAN for P3D v4. The new version looks much better during the day and night. There have been some issues with ORBX/SoCal on RWY 27. There is some elevation issues which creates a bleed from underlying textures. Without ORBX SoCal there is no issue but this has not be resolved but has been discussed in several support forums. Overall, it's one of the best sceneries to fly in and out.

Having used KSAN default, LVFR 1.0, 1.3 & now 2.0 along with ORBX KSAN I can make a informed decision about the new LVFR KSAN V2 in P3Dv4.1... Also I've worked next to the RWY27 end of KSAN for 20 years, I know the scenery. LVFR originally was a great addition to my airport list but as Sim's progressed and technology improved the scenery capabilities of LVFR KSAN 1.3 fell off my list. I'm glad to report that LVFR KSAN 2.0 has brought it back. Even with the option of ORBX KSAN included I feel that LVFR KSAN 2.0 is on par. The detail is very high and accurate. For example the grass between the runway and taxiway has the painted look. Surprise there is no grass at KSAN it's painted green. Blast Fence's, gas stations, downtown, Balbo Park,,, you name it its correct and well done. I can't wait til dark to test the night lighting. The installation was straight forward. I did change the default installation location to the Addon Manager Folder and a .xml was correctly generated. I look forward to exploring this updated LVFR KSAN v2.0 for P3Dv4 and you should also.
