Details

Cannes Mandelieu, LFMD, is located in Provence, Between Saint Tropez and Monaco, 5 kms (3 miles) from Cannes, on the "French Riviera".
It's the second most important general and business aviation airport in France (with over 70,000 movements in 2019).
It receive many aviation activities :

  • Business and tourism aviation (Jets, light planes...).
  • Rescue missions, surveillance and fight against fires.
  • Teaching and training in the air transport business.

Its main runway, 1610m long, can receive jet up to 35t (Like Legacy 650, Falcon 900 ...)
Whether you are rather "light planes, "jets" or "helicopters", "IFR" or "VFR", "Night flight" or "Day flights", you will probably like this airport !

This scenery was performed in attention to detail and the best optimization.
Each building and each ground surface (Runways, taxiways, parkings) were modeled to a maximum realism. In addition, as for the FSX/P3D version, we modeled a large area around the airport (Marina, stadium, artisanal and commercial area...) and added statics as Trackers, Falcon900, Cessna 510/550, helicopters, various vehicles...

Très bonne reproduction de l'aéroport ! Mais serait-il possible de rajouté les hélisurface de la sécurité civile comme GA ? Je joue avec le H145 de la sécu civile et je pense que le rajouter maintenant que les hélico sont dispo serait génial.

Very nice scenery that conveys the flair of southern France well. Very detailed representation and also the taxiways and park positions are correctly labeled. Framerates very good. Worth buying :-) Sehr schöne Scenery die das Flair Südfrankreichs gut rüberbringt. Sehr detaillierte Darstellung und auch die Taxiways und Parkpostitionen sind korrekt bezeichnet. cette scène est parfaitement bien adaptée à MSFS2020 et correspond tout à fait à la réalité, je le sais d'autant plus que j'habite à coté. Je m'y rends d'ailleurs très souvent. Je ne suis pas d'accord avec le commentaire précédent qui est totalement faux et provient manifestement d'un utilisateur qui en est encore au stade de FSX devenu obsolète. Cette version MSFS2020 améliore encore un peu plus la version P3D qui était déjà très réussie.

Da ist noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben, aber: LFMD gehört seit je her zu meinem Lieblingsflughäfen und die Umsetzung ist gut gelungen. Neben den Dingen für die der Erbauer LMT Simulation nix kann, wie der schöne Anflug und die tolle Umgebung, hat er sich aber Mühe gegeben und einen Flughafen dort reingebaut den man gerne kaufen kann. Guute Beleuchtung und akurate Taxiways. Hangars sind individuell beschriftet und alles wirkt, als gehört es so.
