Wangen-Lachen LSPV P3D V4-5
Wangen-Lachen Airfield is a private airfield on Lake Zurich.
The airport is located in the Franzrüti area in the municipality of Wangen, in the canton of Schwyz, and is surrounded by the Nuoler Ried nature reserve.
The Swiss Air Force's Patrouille Suisse aerobatic team regularly exercises above the airfield.
For many pilots, the Wangen-Lachen airfield is particularly attractive. If there is stubborn fog in the lowlands, the pre-alpine climate here often ensures good flight conditions. The Glarus Alps are just a stone's throw south. Ideal for sightseeing flights into the mountains or a trip to the Engadine or Ticino. You can also fly here in winter.
