Update: I visited again, and spent more time at the airport, exploring it in drone view.
While my previous remarks are still valid, the creators spent quite a bit of effort to create a very credible and immersive terminal, complete with animated passengers, AT controllers and other assorted personalities. It was quite something to witness an argument between two guys in the control tower. These are repeating sequences, but still a lot of fun to watch after a challenging flight…
The runway holding position signs with inverted runway numbers still put me off, though.
Visited EFIV last nite.
Much better than the MS/Asobo generic airport, but…
- the airport ground texture seems to be taken from a winter shot, because they are very bright (snowy?) - which does not really fit for summer. Also, I found the resolution to be rather low.
- the runway signs at the threshold have runway numbers inverted. This should be corrected asap, because it so wrong
