On July 6, 1995, the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) signed a concession agreement with the French-Malaysian joint venture company (SCA), to operate Phnom Penh (PNH) - Pochentong International Airport.
In return for a 20-year concession, SCA—70 percent owned by Groupe GTM and 30 percent by Muhibbah Masterron of Malaysia—committed to a $110 million improvement program that includes the construction of a new runway, terminal and cargo buildings, hangars, installation of a Cat III level Instrument Landing System (ILS) and associated approach lighting.
Following the successful completion of the initial works, the Berger team provided design review and independent engineering services for the construction of a new 18,000-square-metre (190,000 sq ft) terminal building to accommodate growing tourist traffic. The $22 million terminal building includes three mobile aerobridges, over 700 auto parking spaces and VIP and CIP facilities

The airport itself is well constructed night lighting on the parking stands are at the perfect shade/hue. What I don't like are the runway lights are a bit too green and the surrounding photo realistic night lighting, it's just off and the color is a bit disappointing . We need an ILS for either runway. Frame rates have no impact. I would recommend this scenery for flying between Bangkok/Da Nang/Hanoi and a short 115mile commute to Hochiminh city. Fun

The scenery of the phnom Penh International Airport is very good and for else also very detailed. If you want a good scenery of Phnom Penh International, the this here is your chance. The only negative aspect i can give, is the one that is being repeated allready with other add-ons of the Onet Valley Team. I have a little problem consurning the runway of Phnom Penh, so i have contacted the Onet Valley Team via e-Mail. I have until now not registered any response. So if they dont respond me in a few days, I would not like to buy this product again.
