[FS2004 Version] Nice ground- and grass-textures with seasonal changes (on some airports the ground markings are yellow instead of white so they can be better recognized in snow conditions). Well modelled buildings, the detail of which could, however, be greater. On the other hand, love for detail is discernible all over the airport. On the whole, the borrowings from FS2002 are still to be seen. The night textures look a bit uniformely and on the smaller airports a bit meagre. The airports also blend well to perfectly into the surroundings: Narita (RJAA) has a very widely modelled surrounding terrain, the smaller airports are all located on islands which seem to have been completely modelles which deserves special attention and is a huge bonus! The AFCADs are exact and the airport layouts still reflect the state of 2011 except for Narita (RJAA), where mainly the new B- and C-taxiways are missing, the imminent construction of which is clearly indicated in the scenery, however. On the whole, the installation is smooth, the manual however (if it deserves the name) is relatively slim. The 3D-vehicles promised with the update do not appear on my system even though scenery complexity is set to the highest level. The only elements of dynamic scenery are a few shuttle trains at Narita, thus the scenery of the airport appears lifeless. No framerate problems. Full AES support is available with a free update; in this scenery, as with many Asian destinations, with a pickup truck as a follow-me instead of the usual van. For Narita (RJAA) at least one docking position for the A380 (46) comes along with the update. Unfortunately, a lot still reminds of FS2002, the once ingenious scenery has aged considerably (but is still by far better than many newer sceneries around). Considering that you get six accurate airports, the Japanese Airports are not really expensive.

I have nothing to say...... see it yourself, just simplely the best. Can you fly FS without the one of the busiest airport of the world, Narita? Think about it!

Amazing value and Narita is superb. Fantastic scenery with amazing FPS. To say i am happy with all the overland airports is an understatement. Grab em if you enjoy flying in the land of the rising sun as there detail and lack of performance hit cant be matched. Darren

The guys at Overland certainly know what they are doing. It is such a great pleasure to just watch their airports; any of them. Their latest large Tokyo airports are so incredibly detailed it almost makes you laugh from amazement and awe. They have certainlymeticulously made everything (yes, I mean everything) down to the smallest detail. It is with great pleasure that you fly any of their airports, noticing that your framerates virtually won't be affected. Incredible, or what? If you haven't yet visited Japan flightsim-wise, do so, and make sure you get all of Overland's Japanese airports. I guarantee that you won't regret it. It's great to finally have a highly-detailed rendition of one of Asia's busiest airports - Tokyo Narita - for FS2004. The level of detail for such a complex airport is astounding, not to mention the almost non-existent hit on frame-rates. Even with Ultimate Traffic running at 100%, taxiing, taking off and landing are still smooth affairs. I especially like the detail in the central area - it appears that every building, car park, roadway and ramp has been faithfully recreated. The control tower alone is a masterpiece, as are the numerous off-airport hotels included with this package. The only complaint I have (and it is only a little one) is the quality of the photo-scenery around the airports - I feel that it could have been a little sharper and more realistic, however this doesn't really ruin the overall enjoyment of the package. To be really honest, I've not explored the other included airfields in any great depth, and although tiny by comparison to Narita, they too are very detailed. There is one airport (I can't remember which) where the photo ground textures appear to have been much improved, and actually cover a whole island. In my opinion, however, the other airfields are pretty irrelevant, as Narita is the one that really shines in this package!

Again Overland brings us another pack of exceptional Japanese airports, all of these airports in pack 3 and 4 are done to a very high level of quality, with photo-textures around each airport and are all extremely framerate friendly. Highlight of these 2 packages has to be RJTT, Tokyo Haneda, which for the quality and amount of detail contained gives amazing performance, some other payware scenery guys could learn a lot from the developers of these packages, not only is the airport modelled in great detail, but also many other objects around Tokyo bay too. RJAA , Narita has also been done to the same quality, and the package is worth getting just for these 2 airports, but the fun doesnt stop there, there is something for everyone, the heavy flyers amongst us can opt to fly JAL or JAS A300 from RJTT to RJSA or one of the many other routes to some of the airports contained, or the lighter flyers can take a pick of flying either the A Net Dash 8 from RJTT out over Tokyo bay and on to some of the completely photo-textured islands to the south of Tokyo, RJTO, OSHIMA, and RTJQ, MIYAKEJIMA , or if you really want to fly slowly, try flying from RJTF, CHOFU , deep in the city of Tokyo across to the islands mentioned above in a NCA BN-2 Islander, or even take a trip back in time and replicate some of the routes that JAC and ANK flew in the NAMC YS-11, the possibilties are endless. If you enjoy flying in Japan, or even want to take a trip somewhere new, these airports are a great place to start, and there are some beautifull places to fly too, at 19 Euros they are good value. Roll on Japanese Airports 5, which is rumoured to contain Kansai :)

100% worth it for Narita alone. A must get if you fly in Japan. Amazing scenery and it's not hard on frame rates like some of the Simflyers stuff. Highly recommended. =)
