Designed in close collaboration with major airlines, airport and airworthiness authorities, the A380 brings new standards of comfort and better economics in an aircraft that is more environmentally responsible. Whilst doing all of this, it allows growth and reduced congestion from today's airports with minimum change. Most importantly, the A380 introduces competition to the large aircraft sector, completing the Airbus product portfolio.
The A380, which will seat 555 passengers in a typical three-class interior layout, will enter airline service in 2006.

Quite simply very dissapointing. I should have learnt the first time I bought a perfect flight product. Models are low quality, panels are basic to be generous and the flight behaviour simply unrealistic. I would grumble if this was freeware let alone having paid for it! Why does simmarket continue to sell (im)Perfect Flight products! My advice? Dont buy it! Ever!
pas mal, mais on trouve le a380 egalement sur www.avisim.com, la version libre du a380 vaut aussi la version commerciale, j'attendais quand meme bien plus de la version commerciale.
I keep it short and simple:
If you are just eager and curious to fly the biggest commercial airliner of the world, then the product will give you a very nice impression of the size. It has the usual features, nicely animated. The cockpit layout is MS2004 standard and comprises the standard gauges. Some overhead and center panel features are added, but all in all its relatively basic.
If you expect something close to POSKY or MELJet quality, then you should wait. This also applies to simmers who fly PMDG or PSS products with regard to the cockpit animation (e.g. FMS, EICAS etc.)
One thing that really disappointed me, is the landing behavior. It seems, the main landing gear boogies never touch the runway. You see the rubber smoke, but the aircraft seems to land with the nose gear first.
After all, I do not regret buying it.
