Jorge Chávez International Airport (IATA: LIM, ICAO: SPJC, formerly SPIM), (Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez), is Peru's main international and domestic airport. It is located in Callao, 11 kilometers (7 mi) from Lima, the nation's capital city and 17 km (11 mi) from Miraflores. During 2017, the airport served 22,025,704 passengers. Historically, the airport was the hub for Compañía de Aviación Faucett and Aeroperú. Now it serves as a hub for many aviation companies. The airport was named after Peruvian aviator Jorge Chávez (1887 - 1910).
Lima airport is one of the most important hubs in latin america serving as hub for Latam Perú and Viva Air Peru. The busiest routes are to Santiago (Chile), Bogotá (Colombia), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Miami (USA), Madrid (Spain) and most capital cities in America.

This representation of the Jorge Chavez International Airport is from the current state (Mid-2020) taking into account the future renovations planed for it. It includes SODE working wind socks reflecting wind direction and intensity, custom SODE jetways with PBR materials and PBR ground materials.
Why they use 2 ICAO's, the old one SPIM, and the new one SPJC. The old one is necessary for level elevation in the ORBX-tool. And also in more reviews, RWY- 16R/34L is missing. PKSIM give us an update!
Nice scenery to have if you fly in South America. I also have Rio Negro and Bogota from PKSIM and they are nice too. Unfortunately, this scene is outdated. Would be nicer if it can be updated to current with the new runway 16R/34L. I've tried to reach the author but no luck so far. Let's hope it can be done in a near future.
Overall, the airport itself looks nice, although it is not on par with products from Flight Beam or Latin VRF. The file size is only 510 MB, where as this developers SKBO product is 1.24 GB. In my opinion, the main reason this scenery falls short is that it doesn't blend well with the areas immediately surrounding the airport. The area to the east, especially, is filled with low resolution flat buildings and roads which are not realistic at all, even with Autogen buildings set to extremely dense. This really needs to be improved. I expected better quality for the price.
