OK, very well done in almost every aspect. BUT, why zero GA parking spots? There are firefighting AC and even a tail dragger statics on the ramp. There is a bizjet showing on the MSFS airport screen. There are RW photos of some high-end private jets on the ramp. Real world charts show a cluster of GA spots right on the south end of the ramp Yet not one realistic parking spot for a GA aircraft to start a tour of the wonderful work done in various areas of the island. Fix that it might be a 5+

Four stars based mainly on very good price to quality ratio, Structures are well done. No interiors but would not expect for the price. Main complaints would everything is "too clean", the terrain around the tower for instance should be uneven and cluttered and a lot more vegetation between aprons and public streets.

The upgrade is nice, but having to pay higher than the "on sale price" again for what the airport should have been to start is disappointing. Main complaint is poor attention was paid to gate parking. All real life aerial views, including MSFS loading screen show In real life gates 9 & 10 are set aside for multiple parking spots of "GA level" inter-island airlines. This is not modeled (Although there is a "gate 11" placard). So if you are wanting to fly a Cessna level commuter you park at a "big gate", and small AI will not look right. There are also two spots (Ramp 29 and Parking 30) that are right in the middle of the tank farm at the south end of the airport. The terminal interior is fair, exterior is good except for the terminal main / flat roof is low res compared to the rest of it.

I am rating at three stars - based on value and completeness. I have flown in and out of ELP countless times. The terminal area is very well done. If that is all you want you will like find it very very good. But, the general aviation areas are "fair" at best. For the price point I expect the GA areas to shine, esp for a more medium airport that users may fly GA into. The Million Air bldgs got some love, but Atlantic not so much, the Atlantic bldg with the blue canopies looks like freeware. Nothing was done landside in any of these areas. The glass doors with canned reflections are out of place with other glass textures used. I also wish they could have done something with the ground texture for the airport - the 3d mesquite / chaparral and desert growth are not existent (like the MSFS default airport) - makes area feel a little flat and lifeless. The cargo area is remote, just like in real life, there is good clutter placed airside and some trailers landside. But again, the is zero 3-d vegetation, even the trees planted in the medians are not there, no light poles and almost tabletop flat. Performance is excellent for me.

MEX HIGH FLIGHT - NTAA TAHITI FAA'A INTL AIRPORT MSFS

I am quite critical of this rendition, esp considering the price point. While the building shapes are well done, the texture and finish on many of the buildings rival FSX, by no means something befitting MSFS. The hangers on the north side of the runways (and a lot of other buildings) almost look like they were pulled from an old freeware library. The dev did appear to work to capture most of the unique shapes, but not much else. Definitely not something acceptable at this price point that sees top caliber airports available from other developers. Except for one walk in area on the main terminal that is minimal there are no interiors, and any glass is again, freeware quality. The blending to base scenery is ok, some areas (north of runway) appear to not have been given much thought. There are several open hangers, those interiors in many cases have distorted textures on the inside further detracting immersion. This scenery might be worth it at about half current ask, but nothing more than that. And even at that it still appears to not fit what is the best of MSFS. I only hope this release doesn't deter a quality developer from considering NTAA.

I like this airport, but, find a couple of disappointing issues. First, the AFCAD is poorly done for such an important airport. There are several gates that are Left Center and Right. Dev put parking at each of these, so AI will badly overlap with each other (or you). Also, there are no parking codes at all. Secondly - I find one set of trees to be very poor quality - you can see this is the screenshots here. Odd because the rest all look quite well, but those around the tower look like pre FSX. If those issues were fixed it would be five stars.

I like the immediate airport area very well done. BUT, for me the surrounding photo scenery is a drawback. I do thing the developer paid attention to the photo scenery, but, there are very strong colors and hard cut offs between underlying scenery and photo areas. You might not see them flying in from PANC or other points north and east. But, if you come in from the east / north east bush flying or overfly at altitude your bound to see it. The winter is not too bad really, but, summer colors are very bright and bold and merge lines extremely distinct. If I could limit the photo area to the immediate airport grounds it would be a 5. The airport has a road running all the way around it and it would have made a perfect boundary. But, you can not remove the photo bgls and still have a viable airport.

I have to say I am disappointed. Description says "Functioning AFCS" - only when you purchase and find in the manual it says "Unlike the real one, the AFCS system (7.-8.) in this addon has a very limited functionality". Why not tell potential buyers this? Somewhat holds a heading, not so much pitch in AP1. The Altitude hold that is supposed to work as the SAS/ATT button in manual - does not- limits pitch movement but still drifts up and down. Manual says it can "auto hover to a certain degree" - it does laterally, but again not in pitch. All of this really frustrates me - had I known this I would not have purchased - the range on this makes it suitable for longer helo flights - without a functioning AFCS it is no where near enjoyable. Other items I don't like: -Limited night usefulness - landing light has some use at low altitude, once you are close to or on ground lights up almost zero. Taxi Lights light up interior cockpit seat / area but nothing outside the aircraft. -Cockpit night lighting somewhat bright, confusing light switches that seem to mostly all do the same thing. -No actual support forums - both Nemeth website and one stated here take you to unused or spam domains. I will give a plus for F1 GTN and G600 integration. Cockpit is generally fair to good, some areas fairly crisp, others a little rough. Exterior is very good.

Although there are some good visual points to this scenery, it appears very amateurish in several ways. Positives: - Blends with FTX Global extremely well - Surrounding areas done very well - Airport buildings generally good Negatives: - includes various effects - rain, seasonal variation, but, unlike most companies these days that include a utility for switching, or, at least directories you can move to and from seasonal textures, switching requires uninstalling (at least in the case of rain effects) and reinstalling the entire airport. -BIG ISSUE - I had moved the scenery layer down one row to keep AES on top as required. Upon uninstall it deleted not only its own entry, but, AES as well (luckily I had a back up). Extra care will therefore be needed if you switch seasons by or add/delete rain effects. - BIG ISSUE - The AFCAD is total unacceptable. The main runway 12/30 and paved 04/20 had no runway links, and nowhere were there any hold short nodes, at all. Meaning no AI would use it. The apron and taxiway links all had zero weight entries as well. This was true for the download version and the "ILS Fix" AFCAD on their website. No takeoffs or landings until I added hold short nodes and added weight capacity to the taxiways and apron links.

Wonderful airport, great value. This appears to be a well done effort, nice attention to detail. Things like the slurry stains where the air tankers load the retardant, air side general aviation markings and buildings are a nice touch. Blends absolutely perfect with FTX Global.

Looks great, but, as another review mentioned horrible performance even after using 1024 textures and turning off options. Instant OOM before it finishes if I load NGX at a gate. I can use heavy add ons like KSFO, KSEA, KSNA, etc in the same settings w/o issue. If this is fixed it would be a five star add on.
