RICHER SIMULATIONS - CARIBSKY: ST. VINCENT 2019 FSX P3D

RICHER SIMULATIONS - CARIBSKY: ST. VINCENT 2019 FSX P3D

Richer Simulations has done it again! I've never been to St. Vincent, but now I want to go. Trust me, the photos above do not do this scenery justice. The island mesh and photo realistic quality is top notch. I like how you can decide which lights at the airport are dynamic. This is a great feature because I only want dynamic lights where I park my planes. You can also customize how much grass and vegetation you want as well. They are 2 separate controls. The night lights continue to impress me as well because they actually sit on light poles. They are not floating orbs. I've owned St. Kitts and Antigua for some time now and St. Vincent is their best work to date! Richer Simulations continues to have the best customer service of any company. It's quick, efficient, and personalized. I had issues getting my older Richer Simulations products to work with the new configuration tool and Zev was immediately on it. He released a new update and all is fixed. St. Vincent is completely compatible with ORBX Global and Vector and P3Dv4.5. Richer Simulations is at the top of the game for products in this Caribbean region.

PAULO RICARDO - JOINVILLE 2017 SBJV FSX P3D

PAULO RICARDO - JOINVILLE 2017 SBJV FSX P3D

I never had much reason to fly in South America. Until I finally clicked on a Paulo Ricardo scenery. Joinville is crafted very well. Not only do you get the airport, but you also get the surrounding scenery as well. It is very lush with lots of autogen, buildings as well as trees. No impact on frames! I run my autogen on "very dense" too! He also created a cool effect of flashing white lights on the top of antennae in the scenery at night. Joinville is the only scenery in his P3Dv4 collection that the 3D night lights around the city disappear upon installation. However if you email the developer, he will quickly send you a easy to use patch that restores the 3D night lights. I recommend that buyers get Joinville, Salvador, and Fortaleza. That way you have some cool airports to fly to in a reasonable time frame as Brazil is very large country. I will also say that if the developer remakes his Mega Rio De Janiero and Natal City Pack 5 for P3Dv4, I will line up to get it.

RICHER SIMULATIONS - CARIBSKY ST. KITTS 2017 FSX P3D

RICHER SIMULATIONS - CARIBSKY ST. KITTS 2017 FSX P3D

Great customer service by the developer. I had a problem getting the scenery to work in P3Dv4 and the developer was immediately on it. He spent several hours with me diagnosing the problem. Very professional. As far as the scenery goes, you have to max out the autogen sliders to extremely dense to get the scenery to fully fill in. This is not a problem with FPS because it's a island. Islands don't have to load as much data in comparison to a place like Los Angeles. It blends well with Taxi2gate's TKPK airport and actually adds much needed night street lights to the terrain next to the airport as Taxi2gate's TKPK is not fully ready for P3Dv4 and is missing lights. Pros: Lights actually sit on lamp posts not just floating orbs. Photo scenery adds more realism to the mountain terrain. Custom Night lights are small and bloom/shimmer very well with bloom effect enabled. Price is right on. Cons: Not fully compatible with Orbx FTX Global in P3Dv4(Developer is investigating). My only suggestion to the developer is to push the clarity in the photo scenery a little further to stay competitive with P3Dv4 customers. We no longer have to worry about OOMs with 64-bit simulators. Good buy!
