Ok. I have to be honest. The product delivers on what it promised. It is a pilot’s life. You are handed your destination by your dispatcher. You have no say in where you go on a day to day basis. Now, l feel this product is definitely a niche product. I feel it fills a void left by people who have left FSX and FSX-SE and have come over to P3D. That void is missions. Many 3rd party publishers gave users the opportunity to fly for various airlines and rack up destinations. You also got to see and revel in how many destinations and flight hours you put under your belt. Not so much in P3D. There is a log, but it is uninspiring. This program lets you fly for various airlines and not only tally up flight hours but also move up in rank and pay. I will admit the visuals leave much to be desired but I am hoping they improve that as updates are released. All in all, I am enjoying this product.

I think this is an incredibly underappreciated airport. Though is services mostly regional aircraft, I will go on a limb and say it is one of the most detailed payware airports on the market. If you have the benefit of a program like Chaseplane, get out of the cockpit and explore the area. You will be amazed by the staggering detail that went into the visuals at this airport. I think I almost lost it when I saw cars driving around the rooftop level of the parking garage looking for parking. When you observe the Nuremberg sign from the outside of the airport you feel like you are a part of a living breathing world. This will be reinforced when you observe shuttle busses pulling into a parking space to pick up and drop off passengers. Though they don’t actual show passengers getting off the shuttle, you feel something like that could be coming in the future. (Hint! Hint!) That being said, this is an absolutely visually stunning airport. I am sure it won’t disappoint.

Ok. After over 2 years of waiting, the CRJ 700/900 has arrived. I must say it is an impressive aircraft. This is truly a study level aircraft at the least. It is on the level of Aerosoft Airbus 320? I would say not quite, but not far off at all. I really enjoyed the tutorial. It was well written and did not leave too much that needed to be asked. However, I would suggest printing out the manual. If you don’t have multiple monitors you are going o be flipping and scrolling between windows like a mad man! (Or woman!) My biggest concern is the simulation is NOT compatible with Saitek’s Multi-panel nor does it work with my VRInsight MPC II panel. The message boards suggest there is someone working on a module for LINDA program to be used with the VRInsight MPC II, but I have heard nothing official. You are going to need to put some time into this aircraft if you want to be doing it right. Chase plane or EZDOK pre programmed views will also be a great assistance to you. That being said, as long as it has taken to come to market, it seems it was time well spent. This program fills a huge void for a study level aircraft for P3D and FSX that is not a Long Hauler Aircraft. Now we have a study lever regional jet for hops from Nashville to Atlanta or Gatwick to Schiphol. No offense to the Majestic Dash-8. You’re a turbo prop. :o)

I have been waiting for a simulation of the CRJ series for P3D much less P3D V4. That being said, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase this product. I have to say my feelings are mixed. On the positive side, the visuals are extraordinary. The Cockpit was nicely done and the external renderings are spot on. However, the flight model is a bit quirky. I will have to play with it longer but trimming the aircraft seems a bit problematic. The real annoyance is the aircraft refuses to slow down, even with spoilers extended. I realize the aircraft does not have an auto throttle in real life, but darn! If I cut the throttles, there should be a significant reduction in speed in level flight if I extend the spoilers. All in all, this looks so much better than the stock FSX and FSX-SE model of the CRJ. However, the aforementioned flight models are better in my humble opinion. I hope they release a patch for this really soon! This will have to do until the study lever version is released by Aerosoft………………….
