Very good systems modelling, a unique and challenging flight model, and a joy to fly properly in all phases of flight. Don't be fooled by the glass cockpit - this plane demands you stay on top of it, particularly for descent and approach, as it's challenging and unforgiving if you make mistakes. As such, it feels very rewarding to complete a proper flight. Documentation is pretty good, introducing the systems onboard the plane and explaining procedures in both normal and abnormal operations. The load manager and livery manager are a little confusing at first, but the documentation does cover those too. Though I'd recommend it if you're on the fence, like the MD-80, and/or want a challenge, the visuals and sounds are admittedly a weak point given the high price of this addon relative to other airliner addons available for MSFS. I would give the addon 4 stars for this, but considering the visuals are serviceable (especially in the cockpit), I enjoy my flights enough to give it 5 stars.

Super fun airplane, and despite the old-style cockpit, not very difficult to fly at all. Highly recommend for anyone wanting something different from the usual airliner, and don't be afraid to use the FMS if you need it!
