I did not purchase this product from Simmarket but obtained it direct from the producers web site. It probably works like a bomb in FS9 but it is advertised that the product also works in FSX but all it does is cause ctds every time it is used. And yes, I did remove the Airbus 320 cfg as instructed by the Wilco website. Naturally I took the matter up with the producer's technical support service but all I got in return was a pro forma list, none of which addressed the problems in question. Far from it, the list merely explained that the product might not work with Windows 64 bit - something not explained on the web site advert And that was the technical support. End. While I bought this product independently of Simmarket, as a long standing Simmarket customer, I am so incandescent with rage over this product that I feel obliged to warn potential customers. And it is clear from what has been written about this product elsewhere on the web that others have discovered the darn thing does not work in FSX, along with the apalling level of technical support supplied by the producers. Forgive my rant. This is the first time I have reviewed a product on here - but there again I have never felt so angry about a product so unfit for purpose.
