In this edition of Simulator WORLD, we will be looking at two products from the genre of rescue simulation: “SAR - Search & Rescue” and “Emergency 2014”. SAR is strongly reminiscent of “The Hunter”, only without the hunting. Emergency 2014 is the continuation of the successful “Emergency” games series.
We will also be looking at “Rise of Flight - Channel Battles Edition”, the newest edition of this WW-1 air war simulation. Rise of Flight is simulation at its highest level, which also seems to require a PC of the highest level.
For Train Simulator 2014 we have looked at two new add-ons, the ICE-T high speed train and the Taurus loco. We will be exploring whether these two high-tech add-ons have been turned into hightech or rather low-tech products.
