Welcome to Pensacola International Airport recreated in exceptional detail for FSX, FSX Steam and Prepar3d v2-4
Situated in Escambia County, Florida, PNS is a public use airport owned by the city of Pensacola. It was formerly known as Pensacola Gulf Coast Regional until 2011, the year the terminal was upgraded. The airport is currently served by six airlines and one cargo carrier and has over 150 general aviation flights a day.
Scenery features:
Seasonal 30cm/pixel photoreal
Custom ground polygons
The entire airport recreated in high detail with FSX textures
Bought this scenery a while ago for FSX and loved it. I'm using it now in P3DV4 and it's one of my favorite locations. Good FPS and no issues. I especially love the night lighting. Ground textures are very good as well.
Another great scenery by SXAirport Design. I like that it is easy on the frames but also has a good amount of detail. No issue with frames on landing and very realistic. Great job! Again!
A very accurate rendition of KPNS with a level of detail you would expect to see in more expensive airport sceneries, including realistic runway/taxiway textures and markings, airport highway signs, moving traffic on the roads around the airport, parking garages, static aircraft/airport equipment, and photoreal textures for each season. It blends smoothly with surrounding GEX/UTX textures and I've experienced no impact on performance. It's definitely high quality scenery at a bargain price.
