The Airport is a cornerstone of general aviation in central New Hampshire, located just four miles south of the state capital. Originally established in the late 1930s and expanded through the 1940s, the airport transitioned from a modest municipal airfield into a vital regional hub, supporting post-war commercial service, corporate operations, and decades of flight training. Over time, it has remained deeply integrated with New Hampshire’s aviation community, hosting emergency medical services, civil air patrol operations, and seasonal charter traffic. Today, KCON thrives as a modern, well-maintained GA airport offering full FBO services, self-serve and full-serve fuel, and active flight instruction facilities, all set against the rolling, forested landscapes of the Merrimack Valley. Concorde is also the home of the Hampshire Army National Guard based on the southern side of the airfield. Recently a new General Aviation hangar has been built near the old disused runway on the southern side. This is one of the largest hangers to be built using maple wood.
It is recommended that you turn on MSFS photogrammetry when using this product as the base image from Microsoft with photogrammetry on is vastly superior to the photogrammetry off setting. The scenery works with both, but it just will look better with photogrammetry on.
