Welcome to Paradise! Bora-Bora Airport is the jewel of the French Polynesia. Surrounded by the ocean, it's amazing lagoon offers visitors incredible crystal waters and exubertant vegetation.
The Bora-Bora Aeroport, also known as "Motu Mute" is located north of the island. It was opened in 1943, during World War II. Commercial service became available in 1958 after the runway was reconstructed.

Fasten your seat belts and enjoy the beauty of a sandy landing, while admiring the palms and flowers that grow naturally at the island. For the first time, handcrafted flowers and vegetation will surprise you while walking into the terminal. Accurate interior design, and the well-known shuttle service to the main island were also modeled. Want a ride through the island? Take one of the Cessnas and enjoy it's overwhelming beauty while performing a right traffic circuit over the Ocean. Or you can take part in the everyday service to Papetee with the twin-engine ATR.

Installed the product and was disappointed. Many elevation issues with the scenery where ground vehicles float and and taxi ways are sunken. The defalut scenery is much better. I regret buying this product and would like a refund if possible.

I forgot to mention in my previous review, I do have one criticism of this airport - it's a minor issue, but the airport doesn't show up properly on the globe map. Most handcrafted airports have an icon that is visible when you're zoomed out on the globe map, but for some reason this one doesn't. It would be nice if this was fixed, as it would make it far easier to select the airport if we could do so without zooming all the way in on it..

The best version of Motu Mute (Bora Bora) Airport currently available (far better than the much more expensive one on the MSFS Marketplace). I especially like the flags that hang naturally and just the general feeling of the airport. Well done! Note - since Sim Update 12, one of the parking places is overgrown with trees and bushes, and aircraft parked there get stuck, so it's necessary to exit the sim and restart at a different parking place.

Beautifully done! Performance is excellent & it looks great. I hope that you consider other island airports like NTTR for MSFS. Tahiti for MSFS needs more love. Thank you.

I've changed my review a little. The buildings have see thru windows with nothing inside. you can see through windows and out the other sides through more glass. The textures are not great, but the plants and bushes appear to be native, which is a highlight. I'm just disappointed in the quality when it could be so much better. I've been to many islands over the years in the French Polynesia islands, and really wish more could be done with them. Mostly I read a review that was very impressed with the quality of the scenery but I don't see it. But with the native plants this was a good start if they could come back and do more upgrades.
