It is recommended to install Navigraph to solve ILS problem.
Shanghai Pudong International Airport (IATA PVG, ICAO ZSPD) is one of the two international airports in Shanghai and a major aviation hub of East Asia.
Pudong Airport mainly serves international flights, while the city's other major airport Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport mainly serves domestic and regional flights in East Asia.
Located about 30 kilometers (19 mi) east of the city center, Pudong Airport occupies a 40-square-kilometre (10,000-acre) site adjacent to the coastline in eastern Pudong.
The airport is operated by Shanghai Airport Authority (Chinese 上海机场集团公司, SSE 600009).
The airport is the main hub for China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines, and a major international hub for Air China, as well as secondary hub for China Southern Airlines.
It is also the hub for privately owned Juneyao Airlines and Spring Airlines, and an Asia-Pacific cargo hub for FedEx, UPS and DHL. The DHL hub, opened in July 2012, is reportedly the largest express hub in Asia.
Pudong Airport has two main passenger terminals, flanked on both sides by four operational parallel runways.
A third passenger terminal has been planned since 2015, in addition to a satellite terminal and two additional runways, which will raise its annual capacity from 60 million passengers to 80 million,
along with the ability to handle six million tons of freight.
Pudong Airport is a fast-growing hub for both passenger and cargo traffic. With 3,703,431 metric tons handled in 2017, the airport is the world's third-busiest airport by cargo traffic.
Pudong Airport also served a total of 74,006,331 passengers in 2018, making it the third-busiest airport in China after Beijing Capital and Hong Kong Airport, fifth-busiest in Asia, and the eighth-busiest in the world.
It is also the busiest international gateway of mainland China, with 35.25 million international passengers. By the end of 2016, Pudong Airport hosted 104 airlines serving more than 210 destinations.
Shanghai Pudong is the busiest international hub in China, and about half of its total passenger traffic is international.
Pudong Airport is connected to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport by Shanghai Metro Line 2 and the Shanghai Maglev Train via Pudong International Airport Station.
There are also airport buses connecting it with the rest of the city.

Details are amazing, however it occupied 7gb+ VRAM and totally a CPU killer witch means if you want it to be an interactive airport instead of just a fantastic scenery. You better got a graphic card with 10gb+ VRAM on all resolutions. Highly suggested WF studio making a version with lower details and textures and better FPS to make it able to running smooth on mid-end computer.
WF Scenery Studio is simply amazing regarding to profound professionalism!! Bringing in first class, uptodate, textures, originally made for P3D vers.4 - however, because of their intelligent and professional approach to ALL of their work, their first class textures, nevertheless, will fit right into P3D vers.5 as well - and that is without any necessary updates (fees!), whatsoever!! Framerates are kept to a minimum in both vers. 4 and 5, despite usually huge airports, including indeed complex geometry!
Mind you, that those qualities aren't only limited to the current Shanghai Pudong. The exact same success level is also present in for instance: Zhengzhou Xinzheng Intl Airport and Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, etc..
This developer has consistently produced the greatest airports I’ve seen within the Asian region. This developer is getting up there with the likes of the greats, Flytampa, flightbeam, Aerosoft etc.
The airport overall is very nicely modelled with lots of detail for such a huge area. No blurry areas, very nice terminal buildings, good night lighting, all very carefully done.
Too bad really that there are many parts in/around buildings and on ground (grass areas, terminal walls, terminal interiors etc.) where texture flickering can be seen from a bit of a distance. These seem to be modelling/texture layering conflicts which really should have been corrected before release. The flickering disappears when close-up on these positions so it does not ruin the entire experience, however the distance where it becomes visible is too close to overlook it.
Another issue is night lighting: The terminal buildings featuring 3D interior modelling do have very nice subtle night lighting inside with a nice glass effect also at night.
However all other buildings, literally every building on the airport apart from the terminals, features extremely bright window textures as night lighting and always all windows evenly lit with very bright lighting. This makes it look very artificial and not at all life-like. Also the ATC tower interior is fully lit up at night, something that simply wouldn't work in reality and looks very odd even from a distance.
That's a bit of a shame as it is a simple texture issue where the designers didn't put any effort into night textures of most buildings, and made it look very artificial instead of something life-like. It's perfect in the terminal buildings, but bad almost everywhere else.
Both issues could easily have been avoided by just taking a little bit of extra care before release, clean up the flickering and put some effort into the low-definition building's night textures. Everything else is really well done, it's therefore quite a shame that such issues reduce immersion during daytime as well as at night.
